Senior Business Analyst / PMO (Operations Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / PMO to join our team on a competitive day rate contract until September 2027 (Inside IR35). This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while giving you the chance to make a real impact on operational excellence and remediation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mapping, designing, and running business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Leading remediation projects, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions
• Executing strategies and managing implementation initiatives across multiple teams
• Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and risks
• Leveraging data and reporting to drive insights and support decision-making

Who You Are:

• Experienced in operations, ideally in financial services, banking or regulated environments
• Experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager or Operations Manager
• Analytical and a strong problem solver
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and process documentation
• Confident in driving change and delivering results across teams
