We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead a major discovery initiative focused on defining a scalable, customer‑centric fulfilment and post‑purchase experience across web and app.

This role sits at the crossroads of e‑commerce, logistics, operations, and technology, shaping the future‑state vision, operating model, and roadmap for a next‑generation fulfilment capability.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead an end‑to‑end discovery to define future‑state fulfilment and post‑purchase journeys
  • Shape a clear vision across customer experience, operations, and technology
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured problem statements and opportunity areas
  • Define lifecycle journeys from intent → purchase → fulfilment → returns
  • Partner with CX, Design, Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and Commercial teams
  • Define high‑level capabilities across order orchestration, inventory visibility, routing, etc.
  • Contribute to an API‑first, modular architecture across OMS, WMS, TMS, and customer platforms
  • Support operating model design, governance, and ownership
  • Build a phased roadmap (MVP → scale) and support build/buy/partner decisions
  • Shape success metrics and embed data‑driven decision‑making

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Product Owner/Product Manager experience in complex, cross‑functional environments
  • Strong background in e‑commerce with exposure to logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, or distribution
  • Experience leading large‑scale discovery or transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of order management, fulfilment flows, and post‑purchase ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with OMS, WMS, TMS or fulfilment platforms
  • Exposure to API‑first/microservices architectures
  • Omnichannel experience design
  • Consulting or transformation programme background

Ways of Working

  • Highly collaborative and cross‑functional
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and simplifying complexity
  • Customer‑obsessed with a bias for action
  • Able to move between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery
