What you’ll be doing
- Running customer-facing cloud programmes across GCP environments
- Managing logistics and delivery across supply chain and operational workflows
- Handling escalations directly with enterprise stakeholders
- Coordinating with Edge Service Providers for installations and rollout
- Leading globally distributed teams across delivery centres and partners
- Driving project execution across agile, waterfall and hybrid models
- Owning reporting, timelines and financial tracking across concurrent projects
- Working from Google customer offices when required
What we’re looking for
- Proven GCP experience in live production environments
- 10+ years delivering enterprise or public sector digital transformation programmes
- 10+ years across technical domains (cloud infrastructure, app modernisation, data)
- 5+ years leading cloud migration programmes
- Strong experience managing global teams and external partners
- Comfortable in front of clients handling delivery, pressure and escalation
- Track record running multiple programmes in parallel
- Solid tooling across Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, Office 365 or Google Workspace
Nice to have
- Cloud Foundation certification
- SCRUM Master or SAFe certifications
- MBA or technical Master’s degree
- Experience using data to drive delivery decisions
- Broader understanding of the cloud market
Languages
- English - fluent (required)
The engagement
- 3-month contract with extension potential
- UK-based with hybrid working
- Periodic travel across EMEA (typically 1–2 trips every 2 months)
- Work from Google customer offices when required
