Primark is growing fast with almost 500 stores, 65,000 colleagues, and ambitious expansion across Europe and the US. With the launch of our first eCommerce offering, the rollout of Click & Collect, and our new mobile app, we’re transforming how customers experience our brand.

We’re now looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Product team and help shape a best‑in‑class, future‑ready digital experience across web and app.

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, digital platforms, and fulfilment operations, supporting the evolution of our end‑to‑end digital ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery activities: workshops, stakeholder interviews, journey/process mapping
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support requirements across the full digital lifecycle: CX, order orchestration, fulfilment, delivery, returns
  • Document current vs future‑state processes and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritise features based on customer and commercial value
  • Partner with UX Research and Design to co‑create intuitive, customer‑centric experiences
  • Ensure delivery teams have clarity on scope, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Champion data‑driven decision‑making and product‑led ways of working
  • Contribute to build vs buy vs partner decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or eCommerce environment
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and discovery practices
  • Experience working with UX/UI and customer‑centric design
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Agile experience: certifications (Scrum, SAFe, Product Ownership) are a plus
