To support this, we’re looking for a Change Portfolio Communications Manager to join our central Change Portfolio team.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in consulting, internal communications, change management, or C‑suite engagement, who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments. Experience in retail, buying, supply chain, or depot operations is a strong advantage.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Customer Availability Portfolio, ensuring change is understood, aligned, and successfully adopted across the business.

What You’ll Do

Portfolio Strategy & Governance

  • Support the definition and ongoing management of the portfolio‑wide change strategy
  • Help prioritise initiatives based on objectives, capacity, and cumulative change load
  • Contribute to a flexible, centralised change resource pool (Change Leads, Change Delivery)
  • Provide oversight and quality assurance across change delivery

Cross‑Programme Coordination

  • Manage cross‑programme dependencies and cumulative change impacts
  • Produce portfolio‑level analysis including heat maps, impact assessments, and change‑fatigue indicators
  • Coordinate readiness across programmes where processes span multiple business domains

Enterprise Alignment & Communications

  • Lead or support joint communications and training where audiences overlap
  • Drive knowledge‑sharing, best practices, and ways‑of‑working across portfolios
  • Support enterprise‑level cutover planning and readiness activities
  • Engage senior stakeholders with clear, concise, and compelling communication

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in consulting, internal communications, change management, or transformation
  • Experience engaging senior leaders and influencing at C‑suite level
  • Understanding of retail, buying, suppliers, or supply chain operations (ideal)
  • Strong ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across diverse audiences
  • Experience working in large‑scale change portfolios or multi‑programme environments
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cumulative change impacts
  • A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a central team shaping how change lands across one of the world’s most recognisable retail brands. Expect variety, visibility, and the opportunity to influence transformation at enterprise scale.
