Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineers to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge artificial intelligence and agentic solutions and platforms.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects building agentic systems for one of our product companies, as well as working with clients.

We are seeking innovative AI Data Scientists with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) research. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced enhanced models, contributing to both applied research and production-ready AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful AI-driven products, and remain at the forefront of advancements in generative modeling, and LLMs and other similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize generative AI, Agentic and LLM-based solutions for applications such as Agentic Swarms, conversational AI, document summarization, and information retrieval.
  • Conduct research and stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP and LLM architectures.
  • Implement, fine-tune, and experiment with state-of-the-art techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt tuning, and knowledge graphs.
  • LLM Evaluation Research and build and deliver a process, applications and methodologies to evaluate LLMs to scale.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based solutions to support model training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and deliver customer-focused AI solutions.
  • Ensure robust documentation, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven track record in agentic systems, generative AI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of LLMs and Agentic patterns and techniques, including experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to design and implement large-scale agentic and data pipelines and work with a variety of structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Any knowledge, experience and understanding of Anthropic, OpenAI, NVidia, Grok, and other open source reasoning models

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills Experience with vector databases, advanced indexing, and knowledge graph integration. Familiarity with Responsible AI, model governance, and explainability best practices. Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • End to end implementation of Agentic systems, in a small team .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems using languages such as Python, Java, C, and Rust.
  • Utilise cloud services like AWS. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalable deployment of AI applications.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
  • Develop scripts and automation workflows using Bash (Unix shell) for efficient data processing.
  • Analyse data patterns to inform strategic decision-making and optimise system performance.
