PACS Technical Consultant - SQL etc at GlobalLogic UK&I, Remote, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

We are seeking a hands-on and technically proficient PACS Technical Consultant. You will be a key member of the technical team, responsible for building the cloud environment, installing and configuring the PACS applic.ation, performing the data migration, and supporting the system through go-live and hypercare. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of cloud infrastructure skills and deep knowledge of PACS application deployment.

This is a fully remote role however there will be occasional on-site visits required.

Contract is initially 6 month and Inside IR35.

• Experience with SQL and database systems preferably Oracle.

• Knowledge of XML, .Net, HTML, IIS and SSL are desirable.

• Microsoft Server, preferably 2019

• Virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMWare

• IT related medical standards: eg DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE).

• Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications implementation, network environments and web technologies.

• Knowledge of storage solutions, SAN, NAS, RAID technologies

• Excellent communication skills with strong oral and written English-language knowledge.

• Experience of working in a production environment against prescribed SLA's.

• Previous experience implementing or supporting RIS and PACS is a huge plus, but not mandatory
