We are looking for a Senior Blue Yonder WMS Developer / Consultant to play a key role in customer‑facing WMS implementations, leading solution design, configuration, and delivery for complex warehouse operations. This is a senior, hands‑on role requiring deep expertise in Blue Yonder WMS 2023 and the ability to lead from the front.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end Blue Yonder WMS implementations, from design through go‑live.
• Act as Configuration / Design / Functional Lead on large‑scale WMS programs.
• Work closely with customers to translate business requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
• Drive solution consistency using repeatable and template‑based deployments.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, milestone‑driven environments.

🧠 Core Experience (Must‑Have)

• 5+ years of WMS experience, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS.
• Hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2023 (mandatory).
• Proven success as a Configuration Lead, Design Lead, or Functional Lead.
• Strong background in customer‑facing WMS implementations.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes across inbound, outbound, and inventory flows.

🧪 Domain Experience (Strong Advantage)

• Exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Clinical Logistics environments.
• Experience working in regulated logistics operations with compliance and traceability standards.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, and audit‑ready warehouse processes.
• Experience supporting multi‑site or repeatable WMS rollouts using predefined templates.
