What you'll do

• Lead the Distribution Data Analytics platform, delivering actionable insights across Sales and Marketing.
• Shape and execute a prioritised delivery roadmap, balancing business needs and technical trade-offs.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and delivery quality.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, maintaining SLAs, risk management, and delivery standards.
• Modernise data platforms for reliability, scalability, and AI readiness, supporting advanced analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What you bring

• 10+ years' experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, or software development.
• Proven leadership overseeing data engineering or analytics teams, fostering high performance.
• Experience with data analytics platforms and enterprise-scale delivery.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Snowflake, and AWS systems; technical fluency in Python or PySpark.
• Background in data engineering within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
