Business Analyst (Contract) – Inside IR35

📍Location: Hybrid (1 days per week in London)

💷Day Rate: £500 per day inside IR35

 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic programme delivering data-driven transformation. This role will play a key part in enabling better decision-making through high-quality data analysis, working closely with stakeholders across regulatory or healthcare-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across data-focused initiatives
  • Support the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks, including data catalogues and analytical models
  • Translate complex data requirements into clear, actionable insights and deliverables
  • Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to ceremonies and continuously improving ways of working
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and policy requirements, particularly within healthcare or regulated environments
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
  • Support data governance and data quality initiatives

Key Skills & Experience

✔Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data-centric projects

✔Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions (e.g. data catalogues, data analysis, reporting)

✔Experience working within regulatory or healthcare sectors, with an understanding of policy and compliance requirements

✔Strong Agile experience, with the ability to operate effectively within Agile programmes and drive improvements

✔Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Experience working in environments where tooling is evolving or not yet fully defined
