Planning: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Products, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to understand business requirements.
· UAT Design: Design end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios for release-specific requirements following standard formats and using designated tools.
· Automation Adoption: Set up, actively utilize, and maintain comprehensive E2E automation scripts to ensure robust implementation, seamless integration into business workflows, and continuous optimization to support project objectives and promote automation adoption.
· UAT Execution: Execute release-based testing of existing test cases using recommended tools, covering all partner applications (internal and external).
· Defect Management: Identify, document, participate in triage meetings, retest, and track defects through to closure.
· Meetings and Status Reporting: Provide daily status reports detailing execution progress, risks, and challenges. Participate in periodic meetings with vendor project leads and program managers to track progress.
· Overall Testing Governance & Management: Take end-to-end ownership and manage the program through measurement, baselining, and tracking of KPIs and SLAs agreed upon by all parties.
· Domain Knowledge: Payments & Liquidity (mandatory)
· Non-functional testing such as Performance, Security, Accessibility, etc.
