Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. You will coordinate cross functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear delivery leadership across the full project lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver technology projects from initiation through to release and handover
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Manage day to day project delivery, tracking progress against plans
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Report clearly on status, progress, and forecasts to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed technical standards and architectural constraints
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies (kick offs, stand ups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate
• Manage change control and scope adjustments
• Support release planning, go live readiness, and post implementation reviews

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience delivering technology projects in a project management role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
• Solid project planning, tracking, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery trade offs

Technical & Delivery Experience
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience delivering software, platform, infrastructure, or integration projects
• Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, cloud platforms, environments, and releases
• Experience using delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence)

Desirable Qualifications
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or similar)
• Background in technology, engineering, or systems delivery
• Experience in complex or enterprise environments
