We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Principal Solution Architect to support a complex, enterprise-level ServiceNow program.
This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of solution design and technical delivery, while working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams in a dynamic, international environment.
Role overview
As a Principal Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for translating business needs into robust technical architectures and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design on the ServiceNow platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with best practices
- Provide technical leadership across development teams (onshore/offshore)
- Guide implementation from design through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g. APIs, SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts
- Contribute to continuous improvement, best practices, and architectural standards
- Act as a trusted advisor for both technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Principal Architect in enterprise environments
- Strong track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations end-to-end
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with scripting and development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, etc.)
- Strong experience with integrations (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
- ITIL certification
- Experience in consulting / professional services environments
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs
