Contract Description

Whitebridge is seeking multiple Business/Product Analysts to support a range of initiatives across our client's Energy Markets portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery of products, systems and migrations while working closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Engineers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams.
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE states, including system architecture, data flows and integration points.
  • Support system migrations (including cloud and obsolescence upgrades) and solution transitions.
  • Identify and recommend process or product improvements to optimise outcomes.
  • Contribute domain knowledge on energy markets, including trading practices and market drivers.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven experience in system migrations or cloud transition projects.
  • Understanding of energy trading environments, risk management, optimisation or asset operations.
  • Experience with financial modelling or data modelling (Databricks advantageous).
  • Ability to clearly document end-to-end technical ecosystems and data architectures.
