Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Canary Wharf (4 days in the office, 1 from home) Full remote may be considered for the right profile but needs to be in UK

Contract Length: 7 Months

Working Hours: 8 per day/40 per week

Role Overview:

The M&A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and coordinating activities in line with the project demand i.e. divestment of a business. They are responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and timely execution of digital tasks in support of the demand.

This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing due diligence, and driving integration and cutover to realise business value.

What you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in project management, with some experience of being involved with an M&A project.
• Proven track record in managing due diligence, integration, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prior bp experience preferred but not essential
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-border projects with sensitivity to cultural and regulatory differences
• Ability to track and report on risks and issues and provide regular updates on current progress
