Whitebridge is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead - to manage a TUPE process related to managed IT services

Experience required

• 8+ years of IT delivery experience, ideally with service transition or outsource backgrounds.
• Experience in managing the transitions including People transfer between supplier and retained organisation
• Understanding of TUPE laws, processes to be able to engage with stakeholders during transition
• Experience of organisational change management and transformation
• Experience of people transfer (insource/outsource)
• Experience of working with HR functions
• Experience of project management delivery and reporting

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for will be remote/home-based, with occassional office visits, and will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
