Cyber Security Change Management Lead at Pixelcode Technologies, Remote, to £400 per day

We are looking for a Cyber Security Communications & Change Management Lead on a contract basis (UK , Remote) to drive enterprise-wide cyber communications and change initiatives. This role will translate complex cyber risks and programs into clear, actionable messaging, enabling secure behaviors and supporting the successful adoption of cyber security tools, controls, and operating models.

Key Skills

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide cyber security communication strategies
• Translate complex cyber risks and technical changes into clear business-friendly messaging
• Deliver ongoing security awareness campaigns to drive secure employee behaviors
• Lead change management and communication plans for cyber security programs and initiatives
• Create executive-level briefings, presentations, and workforce communications
• Partner with Cyber leadership, PMO, HR, Corporate Communications, and OCM teams
• Support rollout and adoption of new cyber tools, controls, and operating models
• Identify stakeholder impacts, resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies
• Track and report on engagement, awareness, and behavioral metrics
• Continuously improve communication effectiveness and campaign impact
