Day Rate £600 - £625 Inside IR35 
Hybrid - 2 days per week in London
 
Desired Experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), with strong understanding of access governance, lifecycle management, identity profiles, rules, policies, and integration patterns.
  • Background in Product Ownership or Service Management, ideally having evolved from business-facing or delivery roles such as Business Analyst or Solution Architect.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—balancing security, compliance, operational, and business priorities to drive consensus and alignment.
  • Experience prioritising and managing a product backlog, shaping the SailPoint roadmap, and ensuring that enhancements and new capabilities are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • A track record of managing suppliers, delivery partners, or system integrators, including performance oversight, contract compliance, and ensuring adherence to architectural and security requirements.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Deep functional understanding of SailPoint ISC, including:
    • Identity governance and administration
    • Access reviews & certifications
    • Identity lifecycle automation
    • Attribute and policy management
    • Cloud connector configuration and application onboarding
 
  • Experience overseeing or guiding the integration of SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications, directories, HRIS systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements, enabling risk-based decisions and well-informed prioritisation.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise documentation including service definitions, process guides, release notes, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Understanding of service ownership fundamentals such as SLAs/OLAs, incident & problem management, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
