Job Title: Infrastructure Lead – Middleware & Databases

We at Coforge are seeking for Infrastructure Lead with following skillset:

Role Summary:

Lead and govern middleware, database, and platform services by managing internal teams and vendors. Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and timely delivery aligned with client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own patching, upgrades, and End of Line remediation for MW & DB platforms
• Drive vulnerability remediation (critical & zero‑day)
• Ensure platforms are built and operated as per client standards
• Deliver platform‑related projects on time and within budget
• Govern managed service providers and ensure SLA adherence
• Ensure security, compliance, and ITIL process adherence
• Lead, coach, and mentor engineering teams
• Drive automation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with security, application, architecture, and assurance teams

Platforms:

• Middleware: Tomcat, WebLogic, WildFly, WebSphere
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos DB
• Load Balancer: Citrix NetScaler
• Secure File Transfer: Globalscape
