Role Description

We’re looking for someone to support our development and hosting environment on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis.

This is not a full-time role. It’s about being dependable, proactive, and able to step in when needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping an eye on our hosting environment (Rocket.net)

Monitoring websites, setting up staging sites, running updates, and making sure nothing breaks

• Managing our internal systems

Google Workspace, email accounts, permissions, and storage

• Supporting client email setups

Mainly Zoho Mail, including troubleshooting delivery or configuration issues

• Handling DNS and security

Managing Cloudflare entries, domains, and related settings

• Troubleshooting

Helping us and our clients quickly resolve issues across any of the above

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership when something needs attention
• Responds quickly, even if it’s just to acknowledge
• Communicates clearly and without fuss
• Has enough experience to diagnose issues without guesswork
