At Copieux Group, we’re expanding our network of experienced HiBob (Bob) Consultants to support ongoing and upcoming client projects.

Role Overview
We are looking for independent consultants who can partner with us on a project basis to deliver high-quality HiBob (Bob) solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead or support HiBob (Bob) implementations end-to-end
• Optimise existing Bob systems to improve efficiency and user experience
• Configure workflows, automation, and system integrations
• System integrations
• Provide guidance and best practices to client HR teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with HiBob (Bob)
• Proven track record of at least 2 successful implementations and/or optimisation projects
• Strong Bob administration and configuration expertise
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
