Full stack Developer (.NET Core/C#/Azure) at Methods, Remote, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

Daily rate: £500 inside IR35

Duration: 1st April to 30th June

Location: fully remote (UK based only)

The role:

You'll build and integrate high-quality Front End experiences, work across the stack when needed, and ensure the service is robust, secure and user-focused. You'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers delivery and product colleagues, while mentoring others and helping shape the technical direction with our solutions architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development on related stories and features within an agile team
• Build, integrate and maintain Front End components and supporting Back End services
• Work with Contentful CMS to deliver flexible, content-driven experiences (with Contenfful's Content Delivery API)
• Design systems and integrations that meet non-functional requirements, security controls and platform standards
• Operate and support the services you build, ensuring resilience, stability and performance
• Improve development processes
• Build and release pipelines
• Collaborate with user research to ensure solutions meet real user needs

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience with Azure cloud services and .NET Core and C#
• Strong Front End development skills particularly with the GOV.UK Design System
• Proven ability to design and build secure, scalable systems
• Competent with systems integration, prototyping and debugging service issues
• Solid understanding, and an advocate of agile ways of working
• Comfortable owning end-to-end delivery across a modern development life cycle

Desirable

• Strong understanding of the Service Standard
• CMS experience (particularly Contentful)
