ETRM Architect

Role Type:                 Contract, outside IR35

Location:                   Central London.

Working Pattern:      3x days on site weekly (mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced ETRM Architect with deep expertise in Endur to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable energy trading solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, architectural design, and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Endur-based ETRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions
• Oversee integrations in and out of Endur, including GRID, Connex services, and Kafka-based messaging architectures
• Ensure best practice implementation, with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability (including environments running multiple end-of-day processes)
• Engage with business stakeholders to drive strategic discussions and recommend optimal solution approaches
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring high-quality and consistent outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Endur (essential)
• Strong understanding of GRID, Connex, and integration patterns involving Kafka
• Proven ability to design and support high-performance ETRM environments
• Solid knowledge of crude and/or commodities trading (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead strategic discussions with business leaders
