About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management and Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex digital engineering solution implementations, with hands-on experience in PLM and MES platforms (Siemens, PTC, or Dassault Syst xc3 xa8mes). This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills, with a focus on the Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated PLM and MES projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation and configuration of at least one of the following PLM tools: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA, and at least one MES tool: Siemens Opcenter, PTC ThingWorx, or Dassault DELMIA.

Team Management: Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including solution architects, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Planning: Lead requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Industry Focus: Apply industry best practices and standards, leveraging experience in Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive environments.

Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions through rigorous testing, validation, and issue resolution processes.

Change Management: Drive change management and user adoption activities, including training, documentation, and support.

Required Skills & Experience

Project Management: Demonstrable experience managing complex digital engineering solution projects, preferably in consulting or system integration environments.

PLM & MES Tools: Experience overseeing the implementation of at least one major PLM platform (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA) and at least one major MES platform (Siemens Opcenter, PTC ThingWorx, or Dassault DELMIA).

Industry Experience: Proven track record delivering projects for clients in Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive industries.

Team Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Data & Requirements: Strong data analysis and requirements development skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Education: Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

Experience with cloud-based PLM/MES deployments.

Familiarity with integration of PLM/MES with ERP and other enterprise systems.
