Senior Azure DevOps Engineer at Whitebridge Group, Glasgow/Remote, 6 Months, £650-£750 per day

Whitebridge is looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to support a large portfolio of new applications and services for our energy sector client.

Role overview/responsibilities:

• Architect Azure platforms using Terraform and reusable HCL modules
• Build CI/CD pipelines for data analytics (Databricks, Azure Data Factory) and trading teams
• Experience building YAML-based pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Develop features and automation using Python or C#/.NET
• Deploy and manage Azure services, containers, and data components
• Implement strong security using Entra ID and Key Vault
• Apply early testing: Terratest, OPA, and automated code checks
• Ensure observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Splunk
• Optimise cloud performance and reliability across critical systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams on ML, streaming, and auto-trading workflows

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for will be hybrid remote/home-based, with regular office visits, and will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
