About the role:

Billigence is supporting a large-scale MDM transformation programme within a complex, multi-entity organisation operating across multiple regions.

We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect to define and lead the implementation of a centralised Master Data Management framework, addressing fragmented systems, inconsistent data definitions, and lack of ownership.

This role is critical in establishing a single source of truth across key domains such as customer, supplier, and property data.

What you’ll do:

• Define and design the MDM architecture and target state
• Select and implement an appropriate MDM platform/tooling
• Design data models, hierarchies, and golden record structures
• Define matching, merging, and survivorship rules
• Establish integration patterns between source systems and MDM
• Work closely with business and technical teams to align on data definitions
• Support rollout of governance and data quality frameworks
• Provide architectural leadership across global teams

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end MDM implementations
• Strong knowledge of MDM tools (e.g. Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee)
• Deep understanding of:
  • Golden record design
  • Matching & survivorship logic
  • Data hierarchies and relationships
• Strong data modelling and architecture capability
• Experience working in complex, federated data environments
• Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders
