We are currently looking for a Website Designer to join our remote team on a flexible freelance basis.

Role Overview

As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building professional websites and landing pages for our clients.

You will work closely with our internal team to create websites that are visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with each client’s brand and marketing goals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern, clean websites and understands how to structure pages that convert visitors into enquiries or leads.

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing websites for businesses
• Create personal brand websites and service-based websites
• Design landing pages and lead capture pages
• Carry out website refreshes and redesigns when required
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and user-friendly
• Work with the team to ensure websites align with client branding and marketing goals

Requirements

• Experience designing and building websites
• Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
• Understanding of website layout, UX, and basic conversion principles
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote working environment

• Self-employed / freelance role
• £14 per hour
• Zero-hours contract (work allocated as projects come in)
• Fully remote
