About the role:
We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Build team—someone who brings curiosity, technical rigour, and a love of solving problems with others.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while working on a variety of real-world products. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and clients to embed quality from the start—using smart testing practices to catch issues early and deliver work we can all be proud of.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead QA efforts, bridging standard Web/API testing with specialised RPA (UiPath) and AI/ML model testing.
  • Execute cross-squad testing for Intelligent Automation (IA) initiatives.
  • Validate RPA workflows (specifically UiPath) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing).
  • Conduct API manual and automated testing.
  • Upskill in AI/ML and Chatbot testing where current gaps exist.
  • Work within cross-functional teams to plan, test and improve digital products and services.
  • Understand systems under test and iterate on your approach throughout the project.
  • Design and execute test plans using tools that fit the job—from manual checks to automation.
  • Report bugs clearly and constructively, helping the team prioritise and fix issues quickly.
  • Learn and apply best practices in functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Share knowledge within the team, contributing to our quality standards and continuous improvement.

We'd love to talk to you if have:

  • Experience in delivering automation in CI pipelines using systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps
  • Experience in automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium and Rest-Assured
  • AI/ML: Experience testing AI models, Chatbots, or Machine Learning outputs.
  • Cloud: AWS familiarity.
  • IDP: Intelligent Document Processing experience.
  • Willingness to work in different programming languages and frameworks
  • Great communication and team working skills
