ServiceNow Project Manager / ITAM & ITOM Lead

Location: Hybrid (Onsite preferred, remote initially acceptable) - Role will be based in Abu Dhabi (Expenses such as hotel and flight will be covered)
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager who will also operate as the ITAM & ITOM Lead for a major ServiceNow programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations , ensuring successful delivery across multiple modules, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) .

This role requires a candidate who can combine project leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to ensure the programme is delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives.

While onsite presence is preferred , remote working may be considered initially depending on availability. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects for enterprise clients.
  • Act as the ITAM & ITOM functional lead , ensuring best-practice implementation across these modules.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, delivery governance, and risk management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM capabilities .
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, processes, and implementation strategy.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise governance standards .
  • Support testing, go-live planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication to programme leadership and stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations .
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects in a project manager or delivery lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) .
  • Good understanding of ITOM and ITSM modules and their role within enterprise service management.
  • Experience working within enterprise or consultancy delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITAM, ITOM, or ITSM are advantageous.

  • Strong programme governance and delivery management skills.
  • Ability to lead technical and functional teams within a ServiceNow programme.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability.
  • Structured, organised, and outcome-driven approach to delivery.
