ServiceNow Project Manager / ITAM & ITOM Lead
Location: Hybrid (Onsite preferred, remote initially acceptable) - Role will be based in Abu Dhabi (Expenses such as hotel and flight will be covered)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager who will also operate as the ITAM & ITOM Lead for a major ServiceNow programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations , ensuring successful delivery across multiple modules, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) .
This role requires a candidate who can combine project leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to ensure the programme is delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives.
While onsite presence is preferred , remote working may be considered initially depending on availability. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects for enterprise clients.
- Act as the ITAM & ITOM functional lead , ensuring best-practice implementation across these modules.
- Manage project scope, timelines, delivery governance, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM capabilities .
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, processes, and implementation strategy.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise governance standards .
- Support testing, go-live planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Provide clear reporting and communication to programme leadership and stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations .
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects in a project manager or delivery lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) .
- Good understanding of ITOM and ITSM modules and their role within enterprise service management.
- Experience working within enterprise or consultancy delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITAM, ITOM, or ITSM are advantageous.
