Job Summary

Our Cyber Security practice has multiple Identity programmes to deliver across our investment banking portfolio.

We are looking for Project Managers who have a background in PAM and IAM to work with our clients and ensure successful delivery of Access management initiatives.

As Project Manager you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements. You will need to ensure successful implementation, integration, and governance of PAM solutions to protect critical systems, manage privileged accounts, and enforce security best practices.

Key Responsibilities;

Project Management Key Skills.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PAM projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and identity governance
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and technical team.

PAM Implementation & Integration

• Manage deployment and integration of PAM solutions (eg, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar).
• Coordinate onboarding of privileged accounts, applications, Servers, and databases into the PAM platform.
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to implement access controls.
• Ensure PAM solutions integrate with existing identity and security frameworks.

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IAM or PAM implementations.
• Experience delivering security or identity-related projects.

Technical Knowledge

• Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Active Directory/Azure AD
• IT security frameworks and standards
• Infrastructure environments (Servers, networks, cloud platforms)
• Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.)

Candidates will need to have worked in financial services clients before or come from large complex enterprise environments.
