Senior Technical PM / Delivery Manager with experience in Data Migration and Cutover (Retail & Salesforce)

We’re looking for a Senior technical delivery manager to cover our client's data migration, cutover and decommissioning workstream and to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within a retail environment. You’ll manage scope, budget, and timelines, drive governance, and ensure successful outcomes across Finance and Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage data migration, cutover and decommissioning workstreams
• Deliver complex IT projects from initiation to handover, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Apply structured methodologies (Prince2/MSP/Agile) and maintain robust governance (RAID, stage gates).
• Lead and motivate onshore/offshore teams; manage vendors and commercials.
• Engage senior stakeholders, secure approvals, and maintain clear communication.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle IT projects-data migration, cutover and decommissioning workstream
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Project management certification (APMP, Prince2, MSP).
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.

Desirable

• Retail sector experience.
• Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders for funding decisions.
