Overview

Ascend is building a network of AI Consultants & Trainers to work directly with businesses on AI consultancy, training, workshops, and seminars.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on helping organisations understand, adopt, and use AI effectively across their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-to-1 AI consultancy with business owners and leadership teams
• Run AI strategy, discovery, and planning workshops
• Deliver AI training for individuals, teams, and organisations
• Present at seminars, webinars, and industry events
• Advise clients on practical AI use cases across departments
• Recommend AI tools, workflows, and adoption plans
• Work alongside AI implementors for technical delivery where required

Essential Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation ability
• Real-world experience applying AI in business environments
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in consultancy, training, coaching, or advisory roles
• Self-employed and confident in client-facing work
