We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer who understands how engineering decisions directly impact SEO performance, scalability, and long-term growth.

The Role

This position requires a true full-stack engineer — not just a WordPress developer.

You will take ownership of our entire digital ecosystem, ensuring it is technically sound, search-optimised, secure, automated, and built for algorithm resilience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Full-Stack Development

• Front-end and back-end development
• Building scalable web applications
• Working across multiple CMS platforms (not limited to WordPress)
• Creating custom themes, modules, and integrations
• API development and third-party integrations
• Database optimisation and system performance tuning
• Ensuring clean, modular, maintainable code

Technical SEO Architecture

• Designing SEO-first site structures
• Implementing Hub & Spoke content models
• Building MCP (Modular Content Publishing) systems
• Structured data and advanced schema deployment
• Crawl optimisation and index control
• Canonicalisation, redirect logic, hreflang implementation
• Log file analysis
• Core Web Vitals optimisation
• Preparing infrastructure for Google Core Updates

You must understand modern search beyond basics — including semantic SEO, entity relationships, and algorithm volatility management.

Infrastructure & Performance

• Server configuration (VPS / Cloud environments)
• CDN setup and advanced caching systems
• Security hardening and monitoring
• Backup management and disaster recovery planning

CRM & AI Automation

• CRM integration and optimisation
• AI workflow implementation
• Automation of operational and marketing systems
• Process engineering to improve scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development experience
• Strong front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Strong back-end (PHP or equivalent server-side language)
• Experience with multiple CMS ecosystems
• Advanced technical SEO knowledge
• Understanding of Google algorithm patterns and risk mitigation
• Server and infrastructure management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
