Intellr Studio is a small, hands-on product studio partnering with innovative and sustainability-focused founders. We help teams move quickly from idea → discovery → MVP → launch → product-market fit.

We work alongside founders to shape and build meaningful digital products, while also supporting teams with product optimisation, scaling, and platform migrations once products are in market.

Studio work moves fast. Projects evolve quickly, and collaboration with founders, designers, and engineers is at the heart of how we operate.

We’re looking for a Product Manager contractor who enjoys building products in early-stage environments and helping ideas become real, working solutions.

The Studio Mindset

Working in a product studio is different from traditional product roles.

You’ll be working across multiple ventures, helping founders shape ideas, validate opportunities, and bring products to life. This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid execution.

You won’t just manage backlogs — you’ll help teams discover the right problems and build the right solutions.

What You’ll Work On

As a Product Manager at Intellr Studio, you may:

• Support product discovery and validation

• Help define product vision, strategy, and priorities

• Translate ideas into clear product requirements and roadmaps

• Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver MVPs quickly

• Support product launches and early product-market fit experimentation

• Run user feedback loops and product iterations

• Track performance and identify optimisation opportunities

• Support product improvements, scaling, and migrations

Projects range from 0→1 product creation to improving products already in market.

Experience That Works Well in a StudioCore Experience

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scaleup, or product-focused team

• Exposure to early-stage product development or MVP launches

• Experience contributing to product discovery and validation

• Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams

• Comfortable managing priorities in fast-moving environments

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on sustainability, climate, or green innovation products

• Experience supporting teams toward product-market fit

• Exposure to AI-enabled products or AI tooling

• Experience in product studios, agencies, or consulting environments

• Experience supporting product optimisation, scaling, or migrations
