Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: London/Hybrid

About the Role:

Our capital markets practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET technologies and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications to work with a leading investment bank.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both Front End and Back End components of our clients enterprise-grade solutions, with a strong emphasis on Azure cloud services.

Split is 80% Back End - 20% Front End

2-3 Days a week on site in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive Front End applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support Front End functionality.

• Contribute to Back End development using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

• Work with SQL Server to support application data needs.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

• Strong Front End development experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as Angular, React, or Blazor.

• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating Front End applications with Back End services.

• Experience with SQL Server, including queries and database design.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL).

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with OAuth/OpenID Connect authentication flows.
