The Data Analyst plays a crucial role within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) group of the Investment Banking division. This position is essential for managing Data and Mi reporting for client outreach initiatives, particularly in the context of regulatory compliance and internal changes, ensuring a clear and positive client experience throughout transitions.



This role focuses on managing client engagement through the tracking and analysis of data, ensuring all client relationships are clear on ongoing regulatory changes and internal modifications to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.



Main Responsibilities
•

Draft and review client communications ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
•

Educate and advise internal stakeholders on client outreach considerations.
•

Create Management Information (MI) status reports across business lines. Using Excel and Power BI
•

Identify and implement improvements to enhance outreach processes.

Key Requirements
•

Strong Data analytics and visualization experience - building MI reports, [pivot tables, reports for senior leadership and clients
•

Strong project management skills.
•

Microsoft Office proficiency, especially advanced Excel skills.
•

Degree in business, finance, or math.
•

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
•

Knowledge of corporate banking products and capital markets.
