ServiceNow Project Manager (OCM Experience)
Contract Type: 3.5 Month Contract – Outside IR35

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of a ServiceNow programme within a large enterprise environment. This is a 3.5-month contract (Outside IR35), requiring strong delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and demonstrable experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
A key element of this role is Organisational Change Management (OCM), ensuring successful user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
This role will operate in a hybrid capacity, with 1 day per week onsite in Canary Wharf and the remainder remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow implementation or enhancement programme.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and SMEs.
- Drive governance, reporting, RAID management, and executive updates.
- Own stakeholder engagement across IT and business functions.
- Lead and embed Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities, including communication planning, stakeholder mapping, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
- Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
- Manage UAT, go-live planning, and transition into BAU.
Experience Required
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects (partner or enterprise side).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience delivering OCM / Change Management within technology transformation programmes.
- Experience working in structured enterprise governance environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.
- Experience delivering within Agile or hybrid methodologies.

- Comfortable operating in hybrid onsite/remote environments.
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or other module certifications).
- Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications).
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
