Contract Description

We are seeking a highly organised and knowledgeable Network & Infrastructure Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of network, EUC and Cloud related projects across the UK.

This role is not hands-on technical, but it does require a strong technical working understanding of network technologies, infrastructure, cloud, EUC and best practices to effectively manage stakeholders, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and Project Delivery - Network, video, digital signage upgrades & deployments across multiple UK sites, ensuring that all work is delivered to a high standard and in line with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects across UK sites.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting(Key).
  • Ensure installations meet agreed standards and follow industry best practices.
  • Conduct site reviews and audits as required.
  • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Travel across the UK to support project delivery (all travel expenses reimbursed).

Required Knowledge & Skills

Although this is not a hands-on role, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of:

  • Cisco networking technologies
  • Cisco video conferencing solutions
  • Meraki Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • FortiGate Firewall environments
  • Network cabling and comms room standards
  • Hardware racking and stacking principles
  • Project reporting, documentation and governance
  • EUC/Entra ID/Windows/0365/Cloud

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivery projects, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of network/infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PRINCE2 certification or similar project management qualification (advantageous).
