Change Delivery Lead / Workstream Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (Norwich preferred, but not essential)

Inside IR35

 

This is a great job for someone who is an experienced Change Delivery Lead or Project Manager who’s confident running workstreams within large, complex programmes. You’ll thrive here if you’re comfortable navigating senior stakeholders, understand finance processes, and enjoy working at pace. This role would particularly suit someone with experience in GI, Claims, AP & Banking, or those familiar with systems such as Guidewire or Oracle.

 

A bit about the job:

You’ll be supporting a high‑priority workstream within the wider GI portfolio, delivering the transition of Claims Guidewire into the Cloud. This piece of work is business‑critical, aligned to the River integration, and needs to land within aggressive six‑month timelines.

You’ll coordinate across GI, AP & T and business SMEs, ensuring governance, structure, testing activity and stakeholder alignment are all managed effectively. This is an immediate business need and forms part of a much larger transformation agenda.

 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Change Delivery Lead or Project Manager delivering workstreams within large programmes
  • Confidence working with finance stakeholders and understanding of AP, Banking and related processes
  • Experience of GI environments, and familiarity with Guidewire and/or Oracle (exact system match not essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — written, verbal, and able to handle challenging conversations
  • Highly self‑motivated, organised and able to deliver against tight deadlines and aggressive milestones
