Inside IR35

This is a critical role designed for a professional who excels at unpicking the complexities of large-scale organizational change. You will act as a pivotal link in our transformation journey, ensuring that the impacts on third-party suppliers are meticulously analyzed, managed, and ready for migration.

Role Profile:

This role is ideal for someone who…

  • Loves unpicking complex change to understand real impacts on third parties and the business
  • Enjoys investigating impacts and connecting the dots across workstreams, suppliers and readiness activity
  • Is curious, analytical, and proactive — a motivated self‑starter who challenges assumptions through evidence
  • Thrives on working with delivery leads, SMEs and stakeholders to clarify ownership, impacts and actions
  • Takes pride in clear, structured, audit‑ready documentation
  • Enjoys supporting senior leaders with robust analysis and insight that enables confident Go / No‑Go decisions
  • Cares about delivering change that is fit for purpose, operationally sound and accepted by the business
  • Brings an open, continuous‑improvement mindset, always looking to strengthen clarity, assurance, and outcomes

What you’ll do

  • Support the 3rd Party Delivery Lead by identifying and analysing impacted third parties across multiple migration events in an IWR transformation programme.
  • Analyse third‑party impacts, ownership, and treatment across workstreams and suppliers
  • Interrogate programme artefacts (migration and readiness plans, architecture diagrams, RAID, contracts, test, and cutover outputs) to validate and challenge information
  • Work closely with workstream leads, SMEs and the Business Readiness team to build a clear view of coverage, gaps, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure third‑party considerations are reflected in readiness plans, acceptance criteria, and controls evidence
  • Provide analysis to support readiness assessments, T‑gates and senior Go / No‑Go decision‑making
  • Produce and maintain documentation to support assurance, audit, and governance
  • Track and escalate third‑party risks, issues, and dependencies where ownership or mitigation is unclear

Skills & experience

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, comfortable working through ambiguity
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach with confidence to take ownership and drive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working across multiple teams and workstreams without direct authority
  • Confidence working with complex programme artefacts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, audit‑ready outputs
