Our courses are mainly government funded and we support a diverse range of learners to start their career in the technology sector. We work with public and private sector partners ranging from Combined Authorities, Universities to some of the world's largest technology businesses such as Intel Corporation. We are looking for a team of talented trainers to join our associate network who can help our growth and be supported on their own skills/career journey with an established training provider.

Courses we are hiring for:

Certificate in Data (L3) Overview:

• Tailored understanding of data management and analysis for business needs, focusing on Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Exploration of common data sources, formats, and architecture's significance in analysis.
• Skills acquisition in collecting, formatting, blending, linking, and saving datasets using Data Visulisation tools and SQL.
• Application of statistical methods and algorithms for effective data filtering and analysis.
• Use of Tableau and Power BI for data visualisation and clear communication of results to diverse audiences.
• Understanding and application of legal and regulatory requirements like GDPR for secure data handling.
• Holistic training to equip learners with essential skills for secure and effective data management in business.
• Emphasis on the role of data in business operations and participation in multi-functional teams.
• Guidance on continuous professional development (CPD) through identifying relevant technological advancements.

Certificate in Coding Practices (L3)

• Foundational understanding of software development principles, coding practices, and collaborative techniques.
• Coverage of HTML, CSS fundamentals, front-end development skills, coding reviews, and collaborative programming techniques.
• Database management skills including creation and querying of databases, with a focus on UX/UI design principles for user-centric approaches.
• Training in JavaScript and Java, encompassing variables, data types, control flow, loops, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Exploration of testing methodologies such as test-driven development, unit testing, and bug fixing.
• Comprehensive understanding of deployment, maintenance, and configuration management in the software development lifecycle.

IT Support

• CompTIA Tech+

Covers digital literacy, hardware/software basics, cybersecurity, networking, productivity tools, and safe troubleshooting practices.

• CompTIA A+

Focuses on installing and maintaining devices, networks, and OSs, applying cybersecurity, structured troubleshooting, and professional practices.

• Business Processes (ITSM & Support Ops)

Introduces ITSM, help desk operations, incident/problem management, SOPs, customer service, CRM/HRIS systems, and continuous improvement.
