Overview

You’ll join the early stages of a major marketing workflow and digital asset management transformation. The project involves implementing Adobe Workfront and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This BA will help shape the “to‑be” processes, define data requirements, and support end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Lead end‑to‑end BA activity from discovery through to execution.
  • Build out detailed data requirements and document how data flows across systems.
  • Understand what data is used, how it’s consumed, and by which user groups.
  • Write high‑quality user stories in JIRA and guide stakeholders through them.
  • Drive clarity across a complex workflow involving:
  • Marketing workflow creation
  • Legal approvals
  • Creative approvals
  • Digital asset storage and retrieval (including large video files)

Stakeholder & Delivery

  • Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Legal, Digital and Creative.
  • Operate autonomously and push forward deliverables without close supervision.
  • Provide leadership support to an existing BA within the team.

Data & Technical Understanding

  • Comfortable with ETL concepts, data mapping, data attributes, and working alongside a Solution Architect.
  • Competent understanding of basic architecture and legacy‑to‑modern data migration.
  • Contribute to building an end‑to‑end digital view integrating workflow tools and DAM.

Experience Required

Must Have

  • Strong Business Analysis experience (senior level).
  • Proven ability to lead BA work autonomously.
  • Strong JIRA experience — creating, managing, and walking stakeholders through user stories.

Data‑savvy BA:

  • Mapping data flows
  • Understanding attributes
  • Working with ETL processes
  • Defining data requirements
  • Experience working with legacy systems and data migration/asset extraction.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with cross‑functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe products (Workfront, DAM) — not essential but valued.
  • Marketing workflow/process experience.
  • Financial Services background (FS preferred; Insurance not essential).
  • Experience working with consultancies/strategic partners.
