You will support delivery of Counter Fraud, Compliance & Debt (CFCD) work items - shaping requirements, coordinating multi disciplinary teams, and progressing solution options that can involve networks, security, data access and bespoke hardware needs.

This role requires collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercial, Finance, Digital Workplace Tech Services, Other Government Departments and Law Enforcement Agencies.

 

As a Junior Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace in a governed (non Agile) environment.
  • Provide end to end project lifecycle ownership from initiation through to closure.
  • Coordinate with Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercial, Finance and external partners.
  • Identify and remove project risks and blockers; maintain RAID and governance documentation.
  • Support procurement, commercial activity and supplier management.
  • Demonstrate ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and to cope effectively with complexity and change.

 

Essential:

  • Proven end to end delivery across the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience delivering multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Strong stakeholder management in multi discipline environments.
  • Experience with Waterfall or stage xe2 gate governance and structured delivery environments (rather than an Agile xe2 only background).
  • Experience in procurement, commercial and supplier engagement.
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues and drive delivery at pace.
