We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineering Lead, to play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving enterprise‑grade network solutions. This position is hands‑on and strategic, working closely with Network Operations, Solution Engineering, and global stakeholders to ensure the network environment is secure, scalable, and aligned with long‑term architectural goals.

You will lead technical initiatives across routing, security, cloud, and enterprise networking technologies while ensuring operational readiness and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of network technology solutions to support evolving business needs.
• Partner closely with Network Operations (NOC) and Solution Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness and seamless handover.
• Integrate new technologies into the enterprise network environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the network infrastructure and drive remediation initiatives.
• Test, validate, and certify new software images and hardware platforms prior to production deployment.
• Maintain, audit, and enforce network configuration standards, ensuring compliance, security, and operational consistency.
• Execute initiatives aligned with the enterprise network architecture roadmap.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing exercises, security reviews, and audit activities.
• Actively collaborate with global teams, sharing technical updates, best practices, and operational insights.

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in network engineering within an enterprise IT environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Routing & Switching, SD‑WAN, Firewall technologies, Wireless networking, F5 / Load Balancers, Cloud networking, Zabbix, Zscaler
• Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture and design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven ability to design, implement, and support complex network solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working in structured, enterprise environments with defined standards and controls.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
