About the Role

We are looking for an experienced n8n automation developer to design and build advanced workflow automations across multiple platforms. This role involves working directly with APIs, building scalable logic and integrating AI-powered sales agents into client communication flows.

You will be responsible for creating reliable, commercially driven automations that support lead handling, customer communication, booking flows and CRM updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end workflows using n8n
• Integrate platforms including HubSpot, WhatsApp, Instagram, Phorest and Mindbody
• Build webhook-based triggers and API-driven automations
• Implement AI-powered sales conversations within messaging channels
• Create conditional logic for lead qualification and routing
• Update CRM records with conversation summaries and status changes
• Build fallback paths for human sales intervention where required
• Ensure workflows are stable, trackable and commercially effective

Example Workflow

A typical automation may include:

• Lead enters HubSpot
• Automated WhatsApp outreach is triggered
• HubSpot record is updated with lead status
• AI Sales Agent engages the lead, qualifies them and offers relevant options
• Booking is created in Phorest
• HubSpot is updated with booking summary and contact notes

If no booking is made:

• Lead is flagged for human sales follow-up

Requirements

• Proven experience building workflows in n8n
• Strong experience working with APIs and webhooks
• Experience integrating CRMs, messaging platforms and booking systems
• Ability to build conditional logic, error handling and fallback paths
• Comfortable reading API documentation and implementing custom requests
• Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills

Desirable

• Experience with AI or conversational automation
• Background in sales, lead qualification or marketing automation
• Experience with HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, Phorest or Mindbody
