With major digital initiatives underway, this contract role will provide immediate impact delivering high‑quality analysis, supporting roadmap shaping, and enabling our development teams to move at pace.

You’ll be working closely with our Digital Product Owner and Technology & Change team to refine a large volume of digital requirements, shape solution approaches, and ensure our internal and external development partners have everything they need to deliver.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation (use cases, journeys, process flows, epics & user stories)
  • Working within Agile/Scrum ceremonies on backlog refinement, prioritisation and estimation
  • Collaborating with internal digital teams and external development partners
  • Supporting strategic planning for an extensive digital development roadmap
  • Analysing system, data and process impacts to inform solution design
  • Ensuring clarity, quality and feasibility of requirements across all digital initiatives

What you bring:

  • 4+ years’ Business Analysis experience with strong digital/e‑commerce background
  • Excellent elicitation and refinement skills
  • Experience with Jira (preferred) or Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
  • Previous ecommerce experience, working with different web platforms, ideally at enterprise level.
  • Ability to translate complex technical detail into clear business language
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms – Drupal experience highly desirable
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with strong stakeholder communication skills

If you’re an experienced Digital BA ready to step into a fast‑moving transformation programme and hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
