The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced APMG Accredited AgilePM® Trainers to deliver engaging Foundation and Practitioner level training courses to our diverse learner community. This is a freelance opportunity offering competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling.

Essential Requirements

APMG Accreditation:

• Must hold APMG Accredited Trainer status for AgilePM®
• Must have achieved the AgilePM® Practitioner certification with an elevated pass mark (above the standard 50% pass rate)
• Must have successfully completed APMG's rigorous assessment process, including:
• Product knowledge interview conducted by an experienced APMG assessor
• Teaching ability assessment through observation by an APMG assessor

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner training
• Deep understanding of DSDM principles, Agile project lifecycle, roles, and responsibilities
• Ability to teach Scrum integration and multi-team project management scenarios
• Experience preparing candidates for APMG examinations with strong pass rates
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences

Subject Matter Expertise:

• Comprehensive knowledge of AgilePM® framework, principles, and lifecycle configuration
• Ability to apply AgilePM® methodology to real-world project scenarios
• Understanding of MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing, and Agile estimation techniques
• Experience with risk management in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner training courses via virtual and/or face-to-face formats
• Prepare learners for APMG certification examinations
• Provide practical examples and case studies to reinforce learning objectives
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AgilePM® v3 syllabus and examination requirements
• Ensure compliance with APMG quality standards and course delivery guidelines
