We are looking for a D&IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER to help create and manage UK & Ireland – Consumer & applications.
This role is primarily responsible for managing consumer-relevant systems and ensuring their implementation aligns with our standards, which are mostly in line with general best practices. These include governance (COBIT), processes (ITIL), and security (NIST/ISO). His role involves overseeing third-party vendors, managing small improvement projects, and being able to handle incidents as they arise.
Responsibilities
· Oversee consumer-relevant systems and ensure their implementation aligns with company standards (COBIT for governance, ITIL for processes, NIST/ISO for security).
· Manage third-party vendors.
· Lead small improvement projects.
· Handle incidents as they arise.
· Support operational requests (e.g., user accesses, incident management).
· Participate in weekly calls and ongoing project meetings.
· Manage PO/Vendor/Contract processes for multiple vendors.
· Oversee data flows, domain DNS configurations, and reporting, especially for website launches and ongoing projects.
· Coordinate with local and global teams for system migrations and application uploads.
Competences
· Strong project management skills, including kickoff, implementation, and ongoing change management.
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate across markets (UK, IE).
· Good understanding / experience with IT governance (COBIT), process management (ITIL), and security frameworks (NIST/ISO).
· Vendor management.
· Problem-solving skills for operational and technical incidents.
· Effective communication for reporting, scoping, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
· 5+ years of working experience in complex organizations
· Experience in IT/business solutions management, ideally in a consumer-facing systems/applications.
· Familiarity with governance, process, and security standards (COBIT, ITIL, NIST/ISO).
· Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors/consultants simultaneously.
· Readiness to step into an ongoing role with immediate effect.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage access challenges.
Languages
· Fluency in English is essential.
· Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) may be beneficial but are not explicitly required.
