  • Design polished, production-ready UI components, screens, and interaction patterns
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across web and digital experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Front-end teams
  • Work effectively within design systems, contributing updates or refinements where required
  • Design for both headed and headless CMS-based architectures, ensuring flexibility and scalability
  • Participate in design reviews and provide clear rationale for design decisions
  • Deliver designs that balance brand expression, usability, and technical feasibility

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting brand refresh or rebranding initiatives
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale or consumer-facing digital platforms
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Footnote

  • Portfolio must demonstrate strong UI craft and visual design maturity
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site or hybrid from One Braham, Snowhill, or Bristol
