Job Title: Cyber Project Manager
Location: London or York (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Delivery Lead in developing and delivering operational cyber capabilities.
- Lead medium to large-scale cyber projects or workstreams within a programme or portfolio, defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage projects to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets, ensuring impacts beyond technical delivery are addressed (e.g., risk reduction, operating model definition, training, and service integration).
- Partner with the Project Sponsor to build robust business cases, clearly outlining outcomes, benefits, and measures, and secure necessary approvals.
- Translate sponsor and stakeholder objectives into tangible deliverables, measurable outcomes, and defined - benefits.
- Oversee project budgets, escalating deviations promptly when required.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions, escalating appropriately to sponsors or steering committees.
- Manage resources effectively, including external vendors, monitoring demand, ensuring commitments, and resolving availability challenges.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering change across multiple projects.
- Practical expertise in project planning and resource scheduling.
- Highly results-driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and leadership are critical.
- Strong background in project governance, control, and end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences (detailed or high-level).
